“Isn’t that unbelievable? They could lock up an entrepreneur for eight years to teach them a skill, but not even spend 10 minutes showing them how to market that skill.” 

I think that I know the value of a dollar.

“For example, if you know you want to make $100,000 per year, make sure you are focused on getting at least 10,000 people on your list (10,000 people x $1 per month x 12 months = $120,000). If you want to make $1 million per year, focus on getting 100,000 people on your list (100,000 people x $1 per month x 12 months = $1,200,000).” 

I've been very fortunate.

I know who I am, I know what I can and can't do. I know what I will and won't do. I know what I'm capable of and I don't agree to do things that I don't think I can pull off.

My life has been very full.

If I see something sagging, bagging or dragging I'll get it nipped, tucked or sucked.

“List building is a completely different investment model. I might have to pay anywhere from $1 to $5 per lead in Facebook. For this example, let’s use the top number. If I paid $5 per lead and only spent $5,000, I would generate 1,000 leads. If I averaged $1 per month per name, after five months I would break even, and after that I would have a positive cash flow of $1,000 per month.” 

I have a big gay and lesbian following and they've been very loyal and kind to me.

“I’ll listen to their podcast, read their blog, watch their stories on Instagram, and join their email newsletter because there will likely be a time in the near future that I’ll have the chance to actually speak to them.” 

If I hadn't been a woman, I'd be a drag queen for sure. I like all that flair and I'd be dressing up in them high heels and putting on the big hair. I'd be like Ru Paul.

“I also watch what my Dream 100 are publishing because, in the future, I might be creating ads for these same people.” 

I just kind of wake up with a new idea and new dreams every day, and I follow that dream, as they say.

“If I know the things that an individual member of my Dream 100 are saying to their followers, I can model the same language patterns in my messages.” 

Children have always responded to me because I have that cartoon-character look.

I'm not trying to be fashionable. Never was!

I'm not happy all the time, and I wouldn't want to be because that would make me a shallow person. But I do try to find the good in everybody.

I write for myself things that I've gone through.

I've never had a divorce, but I've seen so many of my friends, my sister, my family go through that stuff, so I try to write for the people that can't write about it. I take on their sorrow, so I'm able to kind of express it, or their joy.

“While you’re building relationships with your Dream 100, you can still get traffic by buying it.” 

I've been around longer than most of my fans have been alive.

People get a kick out of my stupidity.

I have a tendency to be awfully big-hearted and it's very hard for me to say no, even when I need to.

I feel that sin and evil are the negative part of you, and I think it's like a battery: you've got to have the negative and the positive in order to be a complete person.
