Legal immigration is a much tougher group of people to stereotype and to identify as potential new Democrat voters.

We're coming into a new generation of women where there's the submissive woman, and then our reaction to it is, 'No, I'm a man, too, and I'm masculine,' and then we fight against it, which isn't the answer, either.

Immigration law's already settled. That's why we have people known as illegal immigrants, because the law is very clear. They're not being called illegal immigrants because people are biased and prejudiced.

Trends are not real; they are for the consumer, and once we can get enough of us to free ourselves from it and realize that it's not about strong-arming our way through, it's about understanding that we are so needed for the balance of this planet, then I think we can start having changes.

The best way to create and bring dependent voters in is to bring people that don't have much education and therefore do not have many skills and therefore are not as capable as others of providing for themselves. That's the gold standard in immigration, if you're a Democrat in 2016, 2002, 2000, as long as this current debate has been raging, that's their objective.

I'm pretty tough and picky when it comes to actors that I admire.

There's a negative connotation to internet trolls, but at the same time this is becoming mainstream. This kind of speech pattern, the way people speak, this is common on the internet.

I'm really not interested in acting as a facade, I'm interested in it as an emotional expression and as a transcendent experience for an individual. I find that a lot of people, a lot of young actors, haven't gotten to the point where they're comfortable being stripped down. They're still interested in ornate jackets.

It is wonderful to be in solidarity with another big group of people.

Anything that keeps me off balance is vital.

Why do I think the polls were wrong? People were relying on the pollsters. There was "the Brexit Effect." I think there's a Trump Effect, too. I think people are lying to the pollsters about Trump. There isn't any question about it.

It seems like people have to get their thrills somehow.

Trump says things others so desperately want to say to people that work, to people wherever they encounter them. Trump says it. Trump carries a banner of this stuff for people. He says and acts in ways that they do in private, but can't get away with in public. But Trump is. It makes him a hero to these people.

Any time I was at Trader Joes, and the person bagging my stuff would be like, 'Did I go to college with you? How do I know you?' Then it took awhile, and suddenly people were like, 'Oh, you are the girl from 'United States of Tara.'

There isn't anything you can expose Trump on that people don't already know and haven't already accepted.

I would never say no to comedy.

I wouldn't want to spend every waking hour asking people for money. A, I can't do it, it's just not my nature.

The thing that I love about moviemaking is how many people it takes to make it.

There are a lot of people - and I'm not talking about elected Democrats - there are a lot of your fellow citizens - you don't know them, you don't know where they are - but there's many more of them than you know and realize, and they revel in all of this. They love the chaos. They love the majority being disturbed, bothered, shaken up by it.

I believe in what movies say, and I'm not an actor because I want things to be about me. I have no interest - if there was any way for my face to not be in a movie and still be an actor, I would do it.

I look at something like 'Short Term 12,' and that character has a lot of pain, and I wouldn't have known how to portray that if I hadn't experienced pain myself.

No two things are equal. No two people are equal. Nobody can guarantee equal outcomes unless everybody's poor.

There's no such thing as equality. No two people are the same. You will not have the same clothes.

I want to get better and better at my craft.

One thing that I don't know if people have come to grips with yet is just how serious ISIS is, just how serious militant Islamists are about Sharia. There is no compromise. There is no halfway. There is no mutual cohabitation plan.

I'm just trying to enjoy the fact that I have gained some respect from some people whom I respect.

The German birthrate is below replacement levels, meaning the population is shrinking, meaning fewer and fewer people of age to join the labor force.

These are people that are gonna vote for Hillary Clinton. They couldn't care less that she is sleazy. They couldn't care less that she cannot tell the truth. They couldn't care less that she exposes this nation to great risk.

I love discussing social issues, but I'm not interested in scare tactics. I believe there is a way to bring awareness in tandem with forgiveness and love.
