I'm attracted to men who know what they want and go after it.

If there is one thing you should know about me, I am a family person.

The very idea of family is something I hold so close to my heart.

I have two great examples of a father. My dad is honestly my hero and sets the bar high for how a man should treat a woman. My stepmother is a caring, genuine and supportive woman. My mom is a spunky strong woman with a huge heart. And my sister is just a pure angel. There is a lot of love in my family.

I have an amazing family dynamic.

I am an honest person, and that includes showing my emotions - good or bad.

My grandparents were best friends in kindergarten and never loved anyone again.

How come no one warned me how hard being the Bachelorette was?

When you decide to come on to 'The Bachelor' or 'The Bachelorette,' you make a conscious decision to share your journey. But what people sometimes forget is our families don't necessarily make that same choice. They aren't the ones who sign up for this experience.

Life is about connections, and some people have better chemistry with others. That don't make you bad people.

Do I have some regrets? Of course.

Let me tell you, I am not a girl who loves to get flowers. I love the sweet gesture, but those things are high-maintenance!

I have a really crazy cackle laugh, and I think sometimes people don't realize that they're not laughing at my jokes, they're actually just laughing because of my laugh.

I kind of want to start doing some prank calls.

It's always my biggest insecurity - disappointing myself or my partner.

I love being in a dance studio.

I believe men and women should be afforded the same opportunities.

I think when you're looking for a lifetime partnership, intimacy is obviously a part of that.

Sometimes you need to take a moment and take a step back to think about what you are fighting for and if it make sense for your long-term happiness.

Like, I just feel like the way a man speaks to a woman - the way that people speak to each other - it's a respect thing.

I think a few bullets have been dodged in my 'Bachelor' journey.

The Bachelorette' is always entertaining.

I always think about taking 10 random people off the street and trying to pair them. Probably a lot of them are not going to work out, but randomly one might. That's basically what they're doing on 'The Bachelorette.' Here's 25 guys, see if you like one of them and it might work out.

I love going to Broadway shows.

I grew up dancing and singing and I just love everything about that.

If you had asked me when I was little, like, 'Imagine you were on Broadway,' I'd be like, 'Yeah, right.'

My mom would always over decorate the house to the point where she'd switch like soap dispensers and all the towels. We would blow fuses in our house all the time because we have too many lights going on and I just feel like we did Christmas right around the Bristowe residence.

I've loved and been so passionate about dance since I was three years old, and it's really what I wanted to do as a career.

I'm obsessed with my scrunchies!

Yeah, I grew up doing ballet and jazz and tap, but I stopped at the age of 25, and I've never stepped foot in a ballroom.

For me, everybody knows I'm outspoken.

I seem to stand my ground.

I am so not one to share body pictures, not that I have anything against them, it's more just like I've never gotten into that.

I always eat pretty healthy.

Obviously, I don't have a high IQ, but I've always liked nerds and quirky guys.

I was having a bad day, and my friend said, 'Go wash your hair.' I thought it was really silly - but it made me feel so much better. It might be a small thing, but it works. Washing it off and starting over.

The final phone call that said we're going to be picked up again was just a miracle. We've overcome the impossible and we're still pushing forward. I know John is smiling and so happy that he gets to watch us on TV.

As cheesy as it sounds, all my eggs were never in just one basket. I had a thousand baskets going on.

I feel like I'm meant to be a mom.

My new iPhone, I'm obsessed. My iPod. I love all the Mac crap. AppleTV, I'm crazy about that. I'd rather buy a new gadget than, like, a purse.

My 'Big Bang Theory' costar Johnny Galecki went off the grid. He bought a huge ranch and goes there every weekend. He keeps telling me to do the same thing, but I don't know if I'm that committed. The Valley is as far off the grid as I'm going to go.

I love the fashion world. I love clothes. I love style.

I was 16 when I auditioned for the series '8 Simple Rules.' They cast the kids first.

I have to have a cheat day. I know when I'm being good all week long that come Sunday, I'm going to lie by the pool, have a drink, and eat some pizza.

I love classical. I have a lot of, like, Bach and Mozart and stuff. Then you flip on over, and I've got, like, Kanye West and, you know, just a bunch of - I am very eclectic. I love every sort of music.

I start my day with granola, fresh fruit, and skim milk and end it with something healthy that also comes from my own kitchen.

I start the day with oatmeal with vanilla almond milk. If I don't, I'm dying by noon and eating everything in sight. On-set, I avoid crap and pack soup and salad. I cook pork chops or turkey tacos for dinner.

I really don't have a type. I never had a type. If I could put them all together, it's, like, the most different grouping. So I love when guys are funny. I love guys that are funny and goofy and over the top. And you know, I really like personality.

I don't have a high IQ, but I've always liked nerds and quirky guys.

I love being toned and having muscle; it's so sexy and beautiful. And I owe it 100 percent to yoga.
